Aishwarya Rai and Aaradhya Bachchan head out of Mumbai for the holidays

Aishwarya Rai and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan were spotted at Mumbai’s airport early on Monday morning, sparking a flurry of social media buzz with numerous pictures and videos. The mother-daughter duo was seen stepping out of their car and heading inside the terminal. As the paparazzi approached, Aishwarya politely greeted them with, “Excuse me,” and wished them a “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.”

The two kept their travel attire casual, donning matching black hoodies, pants, and sneakers. Despite the photographers’ requests for a photoshoot, they simply walked past them, heading toward the gate without stopping.

Recently, Aishwarya and her husband, Abhishek Bachchan, were seen attending their daughter Aaradhya’s school function in Mumbai. The couple, along with Aishwarya’s mother Brindya Rai, supported their daughter on the second day of the event at Dhirubhai Ambani International School. Aishwarya and Abhishek were also joined by Amitabh Bachchan, who helped Aishwarya with her dupatta as they entered the school.

These joint appearances have dispelled rumors of marital discord between Aishwarya and Abhishek. The speculation first arose when Aishwarya attended Anant Ambani’s wedding in July without the Bachchan family, leading to assumptions of a separation.

On the work front, Aishwarya’s most recent project was Ponniyin Selvan: II (2023), where she starred alongside Vikram, Karthi, and other notable actors.
