Bengaluru: The BBMP made physical triage compulsory for all those who test positive for Covid – 19.

The BBMP officials warned legal action if anyone found declining to undergo triage.

An order in this regard was issued by BBMP Chief Commissioner Gaurav Gupta after meeting with Experts Committee on Covid-19.

The patients can undergo physical triage in any of the triage centres opened by the BBMP or the Health Department.

A decision in this regard has been taken to ensure that data related to all the Covid – 19 patients will be available with the BBMP for the advanced treatment or any other purposes.
