Bengaluru: Less than a day after several portfolios were redistributed and reshuffled among the new ministers who were recently sworn in, the Chief Minister once again made changes to the Karnataka Cabinet in order to appease the disgruntled ministers.

The Excise Department has been assigned to K.Gopalaiah and M T B Nagaraju has been made minister for municipal administration and sugarcane development, along with his earlier departments.
The planning, programme monitoring and statistics department has been reassigned from CM Yediyurappa himself to K C Narayana Gowda.
Meanwhile, Arvind Limbavali has been assigned the Kannada and culture department along with the forest department.
