Bengaluru: Congress labour wing leaders got involved in a physical scuffle at a meeting of the Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) held in the city on Saturday late evening. This comes as a big embarrassment for the party leaders.
The incident happened at Congress Bhavan on Racecourse road. The meeting was called to discuss the September 23 protest against the labour policies of the state government.
At that time scuffle broke out between INTUC state president SS Prakasham and Rakesh Malli supporters.
INTUC state secretary Venkatesh alleged that Malli supporters physically assaulted the leaders and a complaint will be lodged against Malli with KPCC president DK Shivakumar.
