Speaking to reporters after a meeting in view of the surge in Covid-19 cases, DCM, said that it will not be possible to conduct the online exams in the present system. “Examinations will be conducted only in offline mode. A few deemed universities may be able to conduct exams online. This will not be possible in the government set-up,” Narayan added.

The minister agreed that the ongoing bus strike has affected the examination schedule of the degree, post-graduation, diploma, and engineering examinations. However, he assured that the exams will resume as soon as the strike ends.
