Bengaluru: Former minister Roshan Baig, who was arrested two days ago in connection with IMA scam was rushed to prison hospital after he developed breathing issues inside his cell, in Parappana Agrahara.
As per the Covid-19 protocol, he was kept in the jail isolation room. However, on Wednesday early morning he developed breathing issues. Immediately, he was shifted to the prison hospital.
He is now under oxygen support.
Baig, a diabetic with several other health issues is accused of taking bribe in the multi-crore IMA scam.
