Bengaluru: BJP state unit president Nalin Kumar Kateel has rejigged his team. Capt. Ganesh Karnik, a former MLC from Dakshina Kannada has been appointed as the new state party spokesperson.
The interesting change in the party organisation is promotion to BY Vijayendra, younger son of CM BS Yediyurappa as the party vice president of the state BJP unit.
According to the new list of office bearers, Aravind Limbavali, Nirmal Kumar Surana, Shobha Karandlaje, Malikayya Guttedar, Tejaswini Anantkumar, Pratap Simha, MB Nandish, M Shankarappa and M Rajendra are been appointed as the new vice presidents.
N Ravi Kumar, Siddaraju, Ashwtha Narayana, and Mahesh Tenginakai are appointed as the new party general secretaries.
A majority of the MPs and MLAs are kept out of the party organisational responsibilities except those who are close to RSS leadership.
