Bengaluru: KPCC’s working president Satish Jarakiholi is known for his rational outlook and progressive way of life. A staunch follower of Buddha, Ambedkar, and Periyar, Jarakiholi is known for organizing various events in graveyards. On Monday he will start using his brand new SUV in the Sadashiva graveyard of Belagavi.
The SUV company representatives will hand over the SUV key to him in the graveyard. After that Satish will drive the SUV around the graveyard. The entire event will be live telecast on social media.
All usually start driving their vehicles after a puja at temples. But Satish thinks differently. Satish, who is also the KPCC working president wants to send a new message to his supporters.
Several seers who are part of progressive movements in the state will participate in this event.
