Grand opening of Mogaveera Bhavana to be held on Nov 21

Udupi: The grand opening of the Mogaveera Bhavana at Uchila on NH-66 stretch will be held on Sunday November 21 at 10.30 pm.

Bhavana has been constructed in the joint auspices of Dakshina Kannada Mogaveera Mahajana Sangha (R), Uchila, Udupi District, and MRPL – Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative.

BJP State President MP Nalin Kumar Kateel will inaugurate the Mogaveera Bhavana. Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Shobha Karandlaje will inaugurate the Kulamahashtri Sabhangana while Social Welfare Department and Backward Classes Welfare Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary will inaugurate Smt. Shalini, Nadoja Dr. G. Shankar stage. Energy and Kannada and Culture Department Minister V. Sunil Kumar will inaugurate Madhava Mangala Sabhangana, and MRPL, Mangaluru Managing Director Venkatesh will inaugurate Smt. Geeta Anand C. Kunder.

Kunder, Shri Mahalakshmi Temple, Uchila Administrative Committee President Vasudeva Salian, Building Construction Committee President Hariappa Kotian, Shri Mahalakshmi Temple, Uchila Renovation Committee President Gundu B. Ameen, Udyavar Sadiya Sahukar Family Representative U. Ganesh, Mogaveera Mahajana Seva Sangha, Bagwadi Hobali, Kundapur Branch President K. K. Kanchan, and Dakshina Kannada Mogaveera Mahila Sangha, Uchila President Appi Suvarna will grace the occasion.

The main hall, named as ‘Madhava Mangala Sabhangana,’ is acoustically friendly, centrally air-conditioned, and can accommodate 950 to 1100 people. There is also a power backup system and CCTV surveillance.

The secondary hall, ‘Kulamahasthri Sabhangana’ too is centrally air-conditioned. It has the capacity to accommodate 750 to 900 people, high speed lift facilities, power backup and CCTV surveillance.

At a time, around 550 cars can be parked in the parking space at Mogaveera Bhavana.

There is a separate kitchen to cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian food and a spacious dining hall with complete table and chair facility.
