In the professional journey he should take the employees with him and not command over them. Organisation needs leadership effectiveness in all the situation. We need to understand esoteric. The conscious goal is value creation journey of the organisation. Unspoken purpose of the company is to fulfill first purpose, he said.
Most organisation get confused with manager and leader. Everything black is manager and everything white is leader. It is a foolish way to distinguish. Both have equal position or equal responsibility. The CEO has huge responsibility. That is when esoteric leadership comes out. Ordinary people produce extra-ordinary result,” he added.
“Esoteric leadership must be effective. If you succeed in breaking magical formula you will get value creation agenda, and happiness agenda of your organisation. The purpose of esoteric leadership is that you have to attain both creation agenda and happiness agenda. A leader should have calm mindset and he should take his followers with him. If he gets tensed then the whole company will get affected by this. He should avoid the disaster mindset. He should have a balanced mindset or else one may follow blindly the attainment of goals. A leader should balance the situation. If a leader wants sincere followers then he should have peaceful mindset. It is very important aspect in leader’s journey” he added.
He further said, “all the departments in the organisation is inter-linked value chain. Human system is second system operating in the organisation. The behaviour of leader will directly affect the organisation.”
