The project is being introduced with an intention of philanthropy. Mangalore MLA UT Khader will inaugurate it.

A mid-day meal program will be launched, which is a first in the history of the university, for needy students, most of whom are day scholars. Many students have already registered their name. The project is being implemented with the help of donors. Meanwhile, the National Service Program (NSS) Unit for the year 2021-22 will be inaugurated.
