Daivik Amrith Android App Launched By Mangalore Diocese Bishop

On September 28, the “Daivik Amrith” Android mobile app, which includes Daivik Amrith Konkani Spiritual Monthly, Daivik Amrith Media, and Daivik Amrith Pilgrimages Services, was officially launched at the Bishop’s House by Dr. Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of the Mangalore Diocese.

Fr. Andrew D’Souza, Director and Managing Trustee of Daivik Amrith Trust, welcomed the attendees, while Santhosh Lobo, the institution’s manager, outlined its progress.

During the event, J.V. D’Mello, a senior committee member, presented a donation to the medical fund of the Mangalore Diocese on behalf of the Trust. Books from Daivik Amrith Publications were also given to the Bishop.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Shanthi Lobo, the tour manager of Daivik Amrith Pilgrimages. App developer Lenson Saldanha and committee members were present. The app is now available on the Google Play Store.
