Mangaluru: On the occasion of Anant Chaturdashi, Lord Ananteshwar (incarnation of Lord Vishnu) was decorated in Sri Venkataramana Temple, Car Street. The Anant Kalash was installed and special puja was offered by the temple priests.
To mark the auspicious occasion, the Kashi Mutt Samsthan Pontiff, Shree Samyamindra Theertha Swamiji, who is on his Chaturmasya Vratha also offered special puja to the mutt deity by installing golden kalash at Kota.
Thousands of devotees visited the temple and offered prayers.
