Born on November 20, 1976, to one of the most illustrious superstars Jeetendra in Mumbai, Tusshar Kapoor as an actor has indeed come a long way in the 11 years he has spent in showbiz. He made his debut with Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai opposite Kareena Kapoor in 2001 which was a box office hit and had to his credit Filmfare Best Debut Award.
He tasted success with roles in comedy movies like the 2006 blockbuster Golmaal, as the speech-challenged Lucky. He then grew on to take up more challenging roles in movies like Shootout at Lokhandwala, Khakee and most recently The Dirty Picture. These were much appreciated and the Kapoor lad can now proudly claim to be among the more successful Kapoors in the industry and a fine actor in his own right.
With two big ticket films up for release in 2013, including Shootout at Wadala and Golmaal 4, we’re waiting to see more of Tusshar in the coming year. NewsKarnataka wishes him all the very best and may he deliver more interesting roles in the years to come! Happy birthday, Tusshar!
