Mangaluru: Mangaluru’s new destination, first ever sports cafe ‘SportLite’ was inaugurated in the city at Blue Berry Enclave, Bejai-Kapikad on Dec 4.
Queenie Serrao, Mother-in-law of café owner John Castelino along with brother and partner Richard Castelino inaugurated the café in the presence of family and friends.
John Castelino, while introducing the café said, “The purpose of this venture is to create a regional brand and to quick serve the customers in a friendly atmosphere.”
Godwin Castelino, the elder brother of partners wished success for their new venture.
The concept of the café is designed by John Castelino.
Unique features of Sportlite Café
Sportlite is a quick service restaurant with pool and table football, offers an appealing ambience that is designed on sports theme and gives unique experience to its customers.
Café has free Wi-Fi, big screen TV with digital sound making sports lovers, the right destination to enjoy. The food is prepared instantly and served to the customer.
The café menu is also designed based on sports theme which include Soccer sandwich and Kabaddi Khatti rolls.
Micheal Ferrao, who has rich experience in working at ‘The Oberoi’ Hotel will manage the cafe.
