Mangaluru: Gauthami Poojary, a second-year BA student of University College Mangalore, also the NCC Army candidate, represented the NCC Karnataka and Goa directorate in the All India Level Sports Shooting Competition held in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala from July 1 to 15.
The directorate represented by her bagged the first position in the Inter-Directorate Sports Shooting Competition (IDSSC- 2023).
The winning team was felicitated by Karnataka Governor Thawarchand Gehlot at Raj Bhavan recently.
The college administration and NCC unit have congratulated the student for her excellent achievement.
