But when you enter into an interview room, you are not a known entity. Stating that learning how to face an interview is a key factor in securing a job he welcomed Prof. Ronald Pinto to the show.

Prof. Ronald Pinto who is the Director of the Institute for Individual Development, Mangaluru, specifically talked on How to face Job Interview.

Answering the most important question on ‘ Why interview, in spite of an examination and value added marks sheets? ” Ronald Pinto said, “An employer do not want your brain but your skills. Your brain is evaluated through your marks, but your skills are assessed through your interview. Only a face-to-face interaction could help an employer in finding a right person.”

Brian based on the personal experience added, “Do not speak out of turn, unless you are asked a question in an interview.”
