Bengaluru: Loyola Kannada Sangha (Kannada Samshodhakara Vedike) and Newskarnataka.com is jointly organising special lecture and discussion programme on Prof. Rahamat Tarikere and his writings on Thursday September 23 at 4.00 pm.
Prof. Purushottam Bilimale, Retired Professor of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi will talk on “Maukhika Parampare Shodhaka: Rahamat Tarikere” in the first session.
Prof. Rajendra Chenni, Retired Professor of Kuvempu University, Shivamogga will speak on the review of literature by Rahamat Tarikere.
Director of NewsKarnataka CA Valerian Dalmaida will preside over the event. Fr. Francis D Almeida Y. S., and Fr. Anthony Joseph Y. S. will be present.
Dr. Kumarswamy Bejjihalli, Chairman of Kannada Department Loyola College and lecturer Roshan Austen Raj A. will be the coordinators of the event.
