Mangaluru: Former St. Aloysius College (Autonomous) student Richelle Candice Lasrado secured All – India first rank and fourth worldwide rank for the June 2022 Session of the Association of BCom – ACCA (Chartered Certified Accountants).
In 2019, Richelle Lasrado, a III B Com-ACCA student, also secured the first national rank and fourth worldwide rank in audit and assurance.
Speaking to NewsKarnataka Rev. Dr. Praveen Martis, SJ said, “It is a proud moment for all of us. She is the first batch student that made us proud. She even cleared another paper in 2019. We started with the first batch in 2018 and that is when she joined. She has been a very promising child from then on and even in other activities also. It is a great achievement not only for our college but also for the City.”
He further said that “She has a great future ahead. She is an inspiration for all of us and for many students to come. From Mangaluru also there are talent and if they get a proper opportunity they can thrive and reach their target.”
