Surathkal , Mangaluru: The National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, held a lecture session on “Constitution of India” at NITK Surathkal today in commemoration of Constitution Day 2022 which will be celebrated on Nov. 26.
Dr P. Anantha Krishna Bhat, a retired professor, author, and philanthropist was the Guest speaker for the session.
Dr Anantha Krishna Bhat spoke on the basic tenets of the Indian Constitution, its constituent assembly, fundamental rights, fundamental duties, and their value. He also emphasised significant portions of the Indian Constitution as a part of the session.
Prof. Prasad Krishna, Director (Additional Charge), Shri Ravindranath, Registrar, Prof. Mohan Kumar G C, Prof. Narendranath S, Prof. Vijay Desai, Prof. S M Kulkarni, Prof. Nagendrappa H, Liaison Officer, and other teaching and non-teaching personnel took part in the session.
