Mangaluru: The Department of Computer Science, Application and Animation of St. Aloysius College (Autonomous) will be organizing “SPARKLE 2018”, a National level Animation Seminar on December 8 in the Fr. L.F. Rasquinha Hall, LCRI Block.
The speakers for the sessions will be B.S Srinivas, CEO – VedAtma Animation Studios, (Secretary of ABAI), Ganesh Papanna, Director of Thought Cloud Studios,(Vice President of ABAI) and Amith Sanjeev, 3D Animator Rolling Dice Studios.
The inauguration will take place at 9 am and will be inaugurated by Rev Dr Praveen Martis SJ, principal of St. Aloysius College (Autonomous).
There will be three sessions during the seminar namely “Careers in New Age Media”, “Original IP- Challenges & Opportunities in Animation”, and “Production Works in Animation”.
The seminar will also allow students to showcase their talent in the field through various competitions such as video ad making, poster designing, and pencil sketching.
