Mangaluru: An awareness programme on cancer in children was organised by Lions Clubs International, DIST. 317D and Tapasya Foundation in Lions Club Seva Mandir in City here on Sunday October 3.
Under the care of Tapasya Foundation more than 84 per cent children have survived. These children are from different places of the State. Currently, there are 143 children under its care.
The organisation currently is in need of donations as funds and donations are hard to come by during this pandemic time.
