Mangaluru: Indian Red Cross Society, Dakshina Kannada has been adjudged as the Best District Branch of Karnataka State for the second consecutive time. Now, the recognition is come for the activities conducted in 2019-20.
The award was distributed by Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot on the occasion of the Annual General Meeting held at Glass House, Raj Bhavan on Tuesday November 30.
Chairman of Disaster Management Committee of the organisation Yatish Baikampady among others received the award from the Governor at the ceremony.
