Dundhugara Maga Movie Shooting Takes Off At Benedictine Monastry Bengaluru Main

Bengaluru: On February 21st at 9 am Dundhugara Maga Movie shooting took off at Benedictine Monastry Bengaluru. His Excellency Most Rev Dr Bernard Moras, Archbishop Emeritus of Archdiocese of Bangalore sounded the clapper and inaugurated the shooting of the Movie.

Very Rev. Fr C. Francis –  Vicar General of Archdiocese of Bangalore, Very Rev. Fr Jerome – Superior of Benedictine Monastry Bengaluru, Rev. Fr Franklin D’Souza – Director of Yesusparsha Retreat Team, Joe Simon – Actor and Director, Manjula Joy – Pro-life activist as well as Preacher and  Bro. T. K. George – Director of the Dundhugara Maga Movie were present on the Dais.

His Excellency Most Rev Dr Bernard Moras Archbishop Emeritus of Archdiocese of Bangalore congratulated Bro. T. K. George for his commitment to Preaching ministry as well his spiritual productions, which has touched the lives of millions. He also said being a laity his contribution is priceless. When we are touched by the Divine, through his Grace we can bring transformation in society. He said Dundhugara Maga Movie is based on the Parable of Jesus from Luke Chapter 15. This movie is portraying the importance of family values in today’s society.

Monsignor C. Francis, Vicar General of Archdiocese of Bangalore congratulated Bro. T. K. George for taking the big-screen production. He said that this will be a historical event. He blessed the unit and wished every success for the shooting.

On this occasion, His Excellency Most Rev. Dr Bernard Moras released the 400 pages hymn book containing; Kannada, Konkani, Tamil, Hindi, Tulu and Malayalam hymns around 600 of them, composed by Bro. T. K. George for last thirty years in his preaching Ministry.  Rev. Fr Franklin D’Souza, Yesusparsha Retreat Team Director edited this book.

Bro. T. K. George thanked everyone on the dais for their love and support.

Joe Simon honoured the dignitaries.

Fr Franklin D’Souza compered the program. Then the shooting continued till February 25th at various locations of the Monastery.
