Mangaluru: A 25-bed isolation ward has been set up at Wenlock Hospital in the City to isolate international passengers if they develop Covid symptoms.
The State Government has also issued separate guidelines in the wake of the rising number of COVID- 19 cases in foreign countries. 2 per cent of the people are being tested for Covid.
If Covid is confirmed, the sample will be sent to the genomic sequencing lab. Covid positive persons will be treated in the isolation ward.
