Mangaluru: MLA B. Vedavyas Kamath in the presence of locals performs bhoomi pooj for various development works including road concretisation in Hoige Bazaar Ward of the City.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA said that a record amount of funds have been released for the development of Mangaluru City during the BJP Government and new works are being launched everyday. Various works are in progress to improve the quality of life of the people including continuous water supply, development of roads and drains, he added.
Deputy Mayor Poornima, Nitin Kumar, Anil Kumar, Yogish Kanchan, Vinod Mendon, Nitesh Rai, Hemanth, Vasanth J. Poojary, Pradeep Shetty, Surendra Salian, Vasu, Sitaram Kotian and others were present on the occasion.
