Mangalore: A three-day Novena was inaugurated on the occasion of the annual feast of the Shrine dedicated to Saint John Paul II at Bajpe. Shrine Director Rev. Fr Ronald Coutinho, spiritual director Rev. Fr Rohit D’Costa, Assistant Rev. Fr Roshan D’Cunha, Seminary Rector Fr Clany D’Souza, Vice-President of the Church Santosh D’Souza and Secretary Juliette Moras were present on the occasion.
On 24-02-2022 Rev. Fr Anil Alfred D’Souza gave a spiritual discourse on forgiveness in the family with humanitarian values. On 25-02-2022 at 10.30 am Rev. Fr Naveen Pinto will deliver a spiritual discourse on both husband and wife to have a spiritual affection and how to witness Jesus in their relationship. On 26-02-2022 at 10.30 am Rev. Fr Vijay Machado will give a discourse on raising children with the values of Jesus and bless the children and youth.
On 28-02-2022 at 10.30 am Rev. Fr Joseph Martis will perform Holy Mass on the occasion of the Festival. On 01-03-2022 at 10.30 am Bishop of Mangalore, Rt. Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha will perform Holy Mass on the occasion of Festival Celebration.
