‘My Reality 2015’, Mysuru’s biggest property expo inaugurated

Mysuru: Mayor Lingappa inaugurated the 10th edition of ‘My Reality-2015’, here on Thursday, 10th Septmber, ‘My Reality 2015, is to date, Mysuru’s biggest property pavilion, organized by the Builders Association of India (BAI) Mysuru unit and Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI),
The Expo is being held at Jayamma Govinde Gowda Convention Hall in Kuvempunagar. The purpose of the show is to bridge the gap between land buyers and sellers for construction purpose.  The expo is a platform for customers to meet their requirements of homes and look into all projects coming up in Mysuru, said BIA former president A V Sridhar, adding, the expo is a platform for customers to meet their requirements of home and have a birds eye view of all projects coming up in Mysuru.

Apart from apartment builders, many layout developers and new concept builders from Mysuru have taken part. Overall 26 players set up 48 stalls in the expo.  Developers like Brigade Group, Manasa Developers, Raj Infrastructures,Mahaveer Developers, Nestwell Constructions, Alliance Square and many other well-known developers have displayed their projectts at the convention hall. Even allied industries like housing financiers like ICICI and other bankers have joined the show hoping to garner business from the visitors.

The three day expo provides opportunity for customers a safe real estate deal as the expo has permitted only the recognized builders to display their projects to  avoid fraud risks, said My Realty-2015 president B S Dinesh.

Apart from providing platform for customers and public, the organizers, in a noble move, are also mulling to provide benefits for construction workers. A part of profit earned from the ‘My Reality 2015’  will be spent on construction workers welfare through the Mysuru Builders Charitable Trust. The association will be conducting various free health camps and also provide training for  construction workers on painting and other related construction work.  Spoorthi, the ladies wing, will organize health checkup camp and various training programmes on electricals, plumbing, painting for workers, said Sridhar.

The show will conclude on September 13.
