Tragedy struck the village of Perike in Shishila as Supreetha, aged 16, succumbed to illness on Tuesday, July 9. She was the daughter of Krishnappa Malekudiya and Sunanda, and had been battling fever for the past two days under medical care.
Despite efforts to stabilize her condition, Supreetha’s health took a severe turn on Tuesday, prompting her family to rush her to Uppinangady Hospital for urgent treatment. Unfortunately, she lost consciousness en route, and upon arrival at the hospital, medical professionals pronounced her deceased.
Supreetha leaves behind grieving family members including her father, mother, and brother, all mourning the untimely loss of their beloved daughter and sister.
The sudden passing of Supreetha has deeply saddened the community of Perike and Shishila village, where she was known for her vibrant spirit and presence. Friends, neighbors, and well-wishers have expressed their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family during this difficult time.
