Hubballi: The Hubballi police shifted three Kashmir students, who are charged with sedition for raising pro-Pakistan slogans, to the Hindalaga jail in Belagavi.
Amir, Bashit, and Talib are the accused engineering students who are facing sedition charges.
All of them have been kept together in a separate cell at Hindalaga jail fearing attack by co-inmates as the issue is very sensitive, said sources.
Meanwhile, the students are likely to move High Court seeking bail as they are denying all charges.
Parents arrive
The parents of all these three students have arrived at Hubballi.
They have pleaded the police not to impose harsh acts against the three.
They informed that they sent their children to Hubballi all the way from Kashmir to ensure a bright future for them and cases against them will only doom their future.
