Bihar polls: BJP includes ‘free corona vaccine for all’ in its election manifesto

Patna: Bihar poll fever is catching up and in its manifesto, the BJP has made a rather interesting promise.

Even as the countries across the world are still on the job to find a vaccine for the Corona Virus, the BJP, has quickly included ‘free COVID-19 vaccine for all’ in its manifesto!

The BJP’s manifesto for the Bihar election 2020 was released by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, senior leaders Bhupender Yadav, Nityanand Rai, Ashwini Choubey, and Pramod Kumar in Patna.

Releasing the manifesto, Nirmala Sitharaman said that all Biharis will get coronavirus vaccines, that are still in clinical trial stages in India, at their houses free of cost as soon as it is available for mass production in the country.

Free coronavirus vaccine for all, 19 lakh new jobs for Bihar youth, three lakh new teachers, 30 lakh pucca houses for poor by 2022 and one lakh jobs in the health sector are some of the prominent points included in the manifesto, specifically targeting the youth.

Some of the promises made in the BJP election manifesto:

* Free coronavirus vaccine for all
* Total 19 lakh new jobs in 5 years
* AIIMS in Darbhanga
* Appointment of 3 lakh new teachers
* 30 lakh houses for the poor by 2022
* New processing units in the next two years for milk production
* MSP on pulses apart from wheat and rice
* One lakh jobs in the health sector
* All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Darbhanga.

Nirmala Sitharaman also appealed to the people in Bihar to vote for NDA this Bihar election 2020.
