A red BMW belonging to 34-year-old Rohan Firoz Khan was stolen from the parking lot of Kohinoor Square in Dadar, Mumbai, on October 27. Khan, a construction professional, had parked his car (registration number HP-52-D-1555) at approximately 1:00 PM and handed the keys to the parking attendant, Bastian, before heading to Bastian Hotel with friends.
After some time, when Khan requested his car, the attendant’s delayed response raised concerns. Upon inquiry, parking staff informed Khan that the car was missing. A search of the area yielded no results, prompting them to review CCTV footage, which revealed that an unknown individual had stolen the vehicle around 2:00 PM.
Khan subsequently filed a complaint at the Shivaji Park Police Station, leading to the registration of an FIR against an unidentified person under Section 303(2) of the BNS Act.
