Mumbai: Actor Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik Chakraborty has been granted bail in the Bollywood drugs case.
He was granted bail on Wednesday by a special court in Mumbai, nearly three months after his arrest while his sister Rhea had received bail in October, nearly a month after her arrest.
The death case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput in June, 2020 took a turn and got linked to drugs case and the Narcotics Control Bureau started the probe.
Following this, Showik Chakraborty and Sushant Singh Rajput’s house manager Samuel Miranda were arrested on September 4.
