CCBI has announced that it is holding a National Prayer Service for the Health of the World on Saturday, 7 August 2021 at 8.30 to 9.30 pm.
The event will be conducted from the tombs of St. Thomas, St. Francis Xavier and St. Teresa of Kolkata and from the Marian Basilicas of Bandra (Mumbai), Sardhana (Meerut), Hyderabad, Shivajinagar (Bangalore) and Vailankanni.

The CCBI has urged that all people, whether in India or abroad, kindly participate in families and communities in this prayer service and pray for to Our Lord, to the Blessed Mother, and to all the saints, for all departed souls, their families and those suffering in the grip of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Being conducted from seven locations in India, the service will be available on all Catholic satellite TV channels and it will also be live-streamed on Youtube channels. The Conference has also urged that this be communicated to the extent possible to persons who may otherwise not receive this message.
