mannkibaat1They made the demand citing the Model Code of Conduct, which is presently in place for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections. The first ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme was aired in October last year during which Modi had talked about shedding despondency and use of skills for the country’s betterment and prosperity.
