New Delhi: A female passenger, having arrived late at the counter, got into a cat-fight with an Air India official at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, Delhi.
The woman, who was travelling from Delhi to Ahmedabad, was denied boarding for reporting late at the counter by an Air India lady staff. The woman got into an argument with the official, who then directed her to the duty manager, following which there was an altercation between the the duty manager and the woman, according an Air India spokesperson.
The woman reportedly slapped the duty manager who retaliated by slapping her back.
The issue has been resolved with the help of the police and security, explained the spokesperson.
