New Delhi: Union Public Service Commission will be declaring the new exam dates for the Civil Services (IAS) prelims exam 2020 soon.
Earlier, the examination was scheduled to be conducted on May 31.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the examination has been postponed and will be conducted on some other day.
The UPSC aspirants were left confused as there was no official confirmation about the postponement of the examination.
However, now clearing the air, Dr Jitendra Singh, MoS PMO and Dept of Personnel and Training told India Today, “New dates for UPSC exams will be announced post-May 3.”
Indeed, UPSC Prelims 2020 will certainly not be conducted on May 31 because the new dates will soon be announced.
