Uttarakhand: Rescuers have released the first video footage of the workers who have been trapped inside Uttarkashi’s Silkyara tunnel for 10 days. The visuals, captured using an endoscopic camera sent through an alternative 6-inch food pipeline, show the workers wearing yellow and white helmets. In the video, the workers are seen receiving food items sent through the pipeline and engaging in conversation. This development brings relief to the families of the trapped workers. The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) Director had earlier announced plans to insert cameras through the pipeline to assess the workers’ condition.
