Dubai: The 889th Basava Jayanti celebrations will be held on Saturday May 7 at 7.00 pm in India, 5.30 pm in Dubai and 2.30 pm in London.
On the occasion, Gadag Thontadarya Samsthana Matha Seer Dr. Siddharama Thontada will give his blessings. Vidya Magaduma from Adarsh Sugama Sangeetha group will perform Vachana Gayana. Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Former Home Minister and Irrigation Minister M. B. Patil will be the chief guests on the occasion. Shivanand Jamdar will deliver the welcome speech.
Famous folklore artist Gururaj Hosakote will participate at the event.
In Nudidare Muttina Haradantirabeku session Dr. Rahamat Tarikere, Dr. Shanta Ashatagi, Dr. S. G. Siddaramaiah, and Dr. Sheeladevi Mallimatha will participate.
