Dubai Kids Kannada Talent Contest & Excellence Awards on May 21

Dubai: Under the banner of Hemmeya Dubai Kannada Sangha, the annual event of the Karnataka Children’s Talent Competition and the UAE Kannada Student Excellence Award ceremony-2023 will be held on May 21 at JSS Private School, Safa, Dubai. This is the 5th edition of the program, according to the organizers.

The program includes singing, dancing, Drawing & instrumental music performances by Kannada children, as well as a fashion show of Western and traditional fashion shows. The talented Kannada students from various schools in the United Arab Emirates who have scored the highest marks will be awarded Student Excellence Award.

The program will be graced by the presence of Chandanavana actress Sanjana Anand and playback singer Kambad Rangayya, who will entertain the audience, along with the Bangalore-based Rock Breakers dance troupe performing various dance styles. Child Actress Vanishka Anand, who has participated in several reality TV shows and acted in television and film projects, will also be present to entertain the Kannada children with her witty talk. The program narration will be conducted by Shamira Belvai, who will showcase her unique style, Actress Sanjana Anand also arrive from Sandlwood, and Bengaluru’s famous Dance Academy Rock Dance team will perform on stage.

During the press conference held about the program, Madhu Davanagere, the President of Hemmeya Dubai Kannada Sangha, who organized the event, along with Vice President Hadiya Mandya, General Secretary Rafiq Ali Kodagu, and former Presidents Sudheep Davanagere, Mamatha Raghavendra Mysuru, and committee members Pallavi Davengere, Anita Bengaluru, Dr Savita Mysuru, Akram Kodagu, Varadaraj Kolar, Shankar Belagavi, Vishnumurthy Mysuru, Mohiuddin Hubbali, and along with committee member Nazeera Mandya, were present.”
