The welcome address will be given by Sritama Banerjee, Project Engineer, Dubai spokesperson and Joint Secretary designated WCC UAE. The function will be inaugurated by the Chief Guest M B Jayaram, Chairman Emeritus &Chief Mentor, PRCI& WCC. Pranab Kumar Sen Chairman Designated WCC UAE Chapter will deliver opening remarks.
Avisek Sarkar, Secretary Designated, WCC UAE Chapter will explain the objectives.
