Mangaluru: Locals caught and handed over a person who allegedly sexually harassed a minor girl to the Ullal Police Station.
Raviraj (31) from Kinya has been identified as the accused. He is accused of harassing a minor girl riding her bicycle near Sebastian College in Thokottu.
Raviraj makes a living by painting buildings. He is supposed to have visited Thokottu for this job on Monday August 30. He allegedly observed the girl riding her bicycle, obstructed her path, and sexually harassed her.
Locals who witnessed this alerted the Ullal police and Raviraj was arrested by the Police on the spot.
