Bagalakote: “I have worked hard for the development of Teradala Constituency. In the coming days also, I will try to make Teradala a model constituency. If we all have to survive, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Government should be formed in the State and the Country. The role of booth-level workers is very important in this regard,” said MLA Siddu Savadi.
He was speaking at a meeting of booth-level workers at Dhaneshwari Community Hall in Ramapura near here on Wednesday December 7.
“Good roads have been constructed in the area. Apart from working for the construction of community halls, installation of ornamental lights, irrigation projects, development of farmers and weavers and for the development of educational institutions, Rs. 35 Crore has been allocated to Rabakavi Banahatti Municipality under Nagarothana scheme. The grant has been brought in. I have held talks with the Government and resolved many issues for the development of weavers in the field. He said that people had taught a lesson to Umashri in the last elections as she had forgotten the weavers, he noted.
