Bagalakote: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will be arriving at Banahatti on the morning of Sunday February 26 to lay the foundation stone and inaugurate various development works.
Speaking to mediaperaons at SRA Pre-Univetsity College here on Friday February 24 he said, a preliminary meeting was held with District and Taluk-level Officials. The concerned officers have been asked to perform their duties, he said.
After arriving at Banahatti on Sunday he will visit the Sangameshwara Matha in Hipparagi Village. Then in the village, he will also inaugurate a Primary Community Health Centre built at a cost of Rs 1.6 Crore.
He will then perform the bhoomi pooja and inauguration of various development works at Banahatti SRA Grounds.
Deputy Commissioner P. Sunil Kumar said that he will attend a public meeting on the occasion and conduct certificates and felicitation programmes for the beneficiaries of various Government schemes.
