Bagalkote: In order to create awareness among all, including the youth, to come to the polling booths and cast their votes, the Taluk Administration has launched a mobile mock polling campaign named SVEEP Express vehicle. It was launched by transgenders and differently-abled persons. Panchayat Executive Officer Umesh Sidna gave the green signal.

An awareness mobile vehicle was launched in the Taluk Administration premises to create awareness about voting by SVEEP.

Speaking on the occassion, Taluk Panchayat Executive Officer Umesh Sidnala said that “for the security of Democracy, everyone should participate in the voting process. With low voter turnout from urban areas every time, the aim is to ensure 85 per cent voter turnout this time and everyone should be a good citizen by voting,” he said.
