Belagavi: As many as 20 doctors and 45 staff members of Belagavi Institute of Medical Sciences (BIMS) and Nursing College have tested Covid-positive on Sunday January 23.
The cases came to light after the District Hospital tested its employees As Belagavi has been on orders of the Government that employees of offices and hospitals have to undergo RT – PCR tests. The doctors and staff have been asked to undertake home isolation
Further, the staff from the Nursing College who have been tested negative are on deputation at BIMS to look after patients.
