Belagavi: Former MP and BDCC Bank President Ramesh Katti has expressed his displeasure over the fact that students in North Karnataka, though they are smart, are losing employment opportunities due to lack of art of communication which reflects that intelligence.

He was speaking after inaugurating the activities of various clubs for the academic year 2022-23 at Government First Grade College in the town. “Students should learn English along with Kannada. He suggested that instead of getting educated and working for someone, one should be self-employed and try to give employment to several others.

Bellada Bagewadi Bank will provide 10 computers to the Government First Grade College, he announced.

On this occasion, floral tributes were paid to the portrait of Umesh Katti.
