Belagavi: Ahead of the Winter Session at the Suvarna Vidhana Soudha here from Monday December 13, Deputy Commissioner R. Venkatesh Kumar has made it compulsory that all the session participants including legislators, officers, security personnel, spectators and mediapersons should be fully-vaccinated. They should also carry a fresh RT – PCR negative certificate.
DC said that all the participants are mandated to furnish a negative RT – PCR test report and double-dose vaccination certificates. Those who are yet to receive the second dose have been instructed to get vaccinated soon, he added.
The RT-PCR report generated 72 hours prior to the beginning of the winter session will be sufficient, said District Health Officer Shashikant Muniyal.
