Dharawad: The Congress is preparing a region-wise manifesto along with the main manifesto for the upcoming Assembly elections. Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) OBC Cell State President Madhu Bangarappa said that a massive convention of Backward Classes will be held in February or March.
Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday December 13, he said that there are 52 to 55 per cent OBC voters in the State.
Taking the smaller communities in the State into confidence and bringing them to the forefront, an OBC conclave will be held in every District. Finally a huge conference will be organised. Rahul Gandhi will be attending the conference.
