Dharawad: The six accused in the writer M. M. Kalaburgi murder case were produced before the 4th Additional District and Sessions Court in the city on Thursday October 20.
It is reported that accused Amol Kale, Ganesh Miskin, Praveen Chatur, Vasudev Suryavanshi, Sharad Kalaskar and Amit Baddi were produced before the court for questioning. The accused were identified from one of the two witnesses present at the time and a witness statement was obtained.
Judge Shobha Rani of the 4th Additional District and Sessions Court recorded the statements of witnesses in connection with the case. She then said there was a further hearing in the matter and hearing was postponed to November 22.
